คำเตือน / ข้อควรระวังCaution: 1. ควรใช้ด้วยความระมัดระวังในผู้ป่วยอายุมากกว่า 80 ปี และไม่ใช้ยาขนาดเกินกว่า 30 mg ต่อวัน ในผู้ใหญ่ และไม่เกิน 0.75 มิลลิกรัมต่อกิโลกรัมต่อวัน ในเด็ก 2. ห้ามใช้ในผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะ prolonged QT และห้ามใช้ร่วมกับยาที่มีผลทำให้เกิด prolonged QT
